All Tasha Hipwood pieces are crafted to order in our London atelier.

This means your garment does not exist until you purchase it. Once your order is placed, it immediately enters production and is handcrafted specifically for you.

We currently ship exclusively to the United States and United Kingdom.

3–4 weeks

During peak seasons or collection launches, production may extend slightly. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly.

Once production is complete, delivery is typically:

• UK: 5-7 business days

• USA: 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Because each piece is made exclusively for you:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

• Timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to artisan production schedules

• Holiday periods and customs processing may extend shipping times
