Each Tasha Hipwood piece is made to order in small quantities, crafted with the utmost care and intention. 

We hope you will treasure your purchase. Should you wish to arrange a return, we are pleased to assist within the terms below: 

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be received within 14 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, all tags attached and free from fragrance or cosmetic marks.
  
• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot assume responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

To request a return, please email us with your name, phone number and order number.

Once received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

• Custom or special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  
• We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria.
